In a recent episode of his show “Curiosity Made Me Ask,” comedian Isbae U, born Adebayo Ridwan Abidemi, surprised his guest, renowned actress Kate Henshaw, with a special appearance by “Davido.”
Isbae U, known for featuring various celebrities on his show, brought Kate Henshaw on for an interview where he asked her about a previous incident involving Nigerian music superstar Davido. In December 2023, Kate Henshaw had publicly stated in an interview with media personality Jude Chideonwo that she was not a fan of Davido because he had failed to greet her when they met.
During the interview, Kate Henshaw reiterated her stance, emphasizing the importance of respect and noting that as an older person, she expected Davido, who is 31 years old, to greet her properly.
In a surprising twist, Isbae U orchestrated a moment where “Davido” appeared on set. The surprise left Kate Henshaw visibly shocked as “Davido” approached her and went down on one knee to greet her respectfully, creating a memorable and amusing moment for both the actress and the audience.
While on his knees. “Davido” said “Good evening Aunty Kate, Nigerians you don see, I don greet her oh.”
