A newly surfaced video of popular Nigerian comedian Anita Alaire Afoke Asuoha, professionally known as Real Warri Pikin, has stirred reactions online as she was seen attending an antenatal class while heavily pregnant.
The comedian, who is expecting another child with her husband—bringing their total to four biological and one adopted child—shared the video via her official Instagram account on April 25th, 2025.
In the video, Real Warri Pikin is seen seated among other expectant mothers during the antenatal session. The highlight of the clip, however, was the moment a nurse began giving advice on intimate relationships during pregnancy.
The nurse, speaking partly in Yoruba, informed the class that being pregnant should not hinder marital intimacy. She went on to advise against the traditional “missionary style” due to discomfort it might cause at that stage of pregnancy. Instead, the nurse recommended the “Joko Leso” position—commonly referred to in English as “do$gy style”—as a more suitable alternative.
The candid and humorous tone of the class, coupled with Real Warri Pikin’s reactions, drew attention and sparked conversations across social media platforms.
Furthermore, Real Warri Pikin, who do not understand the meaning of “Joko Leso” has taken to his Instagram page to ask her fans some questions while she shared the video.
Real Warri Pikin wrote; “Ejor! My Yoruba People in the house, what is JOKO LESO? 🤔 #Realwarripikin #Antenatal.”
