Popular TikToker Peller made headlines during Seyi Vodi’s lavish 50th birthday party after generously gifting ₦150,000 each to the event’s ushers in appreciation of their warm welcome.
In a video that has since gone viral, Peller was seen arriving at the event and mistaking the female ushers for excited fans. Upon learning they were part of the official ushering team, he playfully joked that they must carry him on their backs if they truly wanted him to feel welcomed.
Amused by the moment, Peller asked how much they typically charge for their services. When one of them mentioned ₦150,000, the TikToker immediately collected their account details and transferred the full amount to them on the spot.
The ushers, clearly surprised and grateful, expressed their appreciation as Peller’s spontaneous gesture drew admiration from guests and fans online.
