Popular Nollywood actor and polygamist, Yul Edochie, has shown strong support for his senior colleague, Emeka Ike, who recently made a triumphant return to Nollywood.
Emeka Ike took a hiatus from the industry due to marital challenges but made a successful comeback after being featured in Toyin Abraham’s blockbuster movie, ‘Malaika.’ Following his return, Emeka Ike candidly discussed the breakdown of his marriage in an interview, revealing the challenges he faced and the impact on his personal and professional life, which led to a decline in his fortunes.
Despite the social media frenzy and criticism, including remarks from his wife and son, Michelle, Yul Edochie chose to lend his support to Emeka Ike. In a post on his social media page, Yul Edochie praised Emeka Ike as a legendary figure and expressed joy at seeing him back in action. The post continued with Yul Edochie advising Emeka Ike to ignore the noise and criticisms from detractors, encouraging him to keep his head high and not let anybody bring him down. Yul reassured Emeka Ike that his fans are behind him, expressing solidarity and encouragement for the veteran actor to reclaim everything he may have lost and pursue his dreams with renewed vigor.
