Nigerian singer, Inetimi Alfred Timaya Odon, widely known as Timaya, has openly expressed his admiration for his junior colleague, Davido, praising his tenacity.
During a recent interview, Timaya acknowledged Davido’s hard work and focus, highlighting the artist’s dedication despite coming from a wealthy background. Timaya, the ‘dey your dey’ hitmaker, went on to convey his displeasure at the lack of recognition for Davido’s efforts, emphasizing that he is a fan of the ‘Unavailable’ hitmaker.
Timaya emphasized that Davido has put in significant effort to earn his own money, pointing out that not everyone would exhibit such work ethic if they had the financial support of a father like Mr. Adeleke.
In his words, “I’m a fan of Davido , I find it disrespectful when people try to water down his hard work in the name of the father has money. Yes the father has money but Davido has worked hard to get his own.”
“He is extremely talented and consistent . He is one of the most hard working young men that I’ve seen. Quit trying to discredit him this young man has done way too much”.
