DJ Chicken has become a trending topic following a recent video showing him prostrating and begging rapper Zlatan Ibile for forgiveness at the musician’s new fashion store, the ZTTW Shop.
On May 24, 2024, rapper Zlatan Ibile, whose real name is Omoniyi Raphael Temidayo, hosted the exclusive opening of his new walk-in fashion store. The star-studded event was attended by notable names in the Nigerian entertainment industry, including Pocolee, Mayorkun, Kiekie, Larry Gaga, Darey, Broda Shaggi, Yhemo Lee, Ruger, Pretty Mike, Skiibii, Dremo, and Slimcase, among others.
DJ Chicken, who was not invited, made a surprising appearance at the opening. A few months earlier, he had publicly called out Zlatan Ibile during a live video, accusing the rapper of trying to use his glory by incorporating his “Lamba” as an intro in an unreleased song.
Acknowledging his mistake, DJ Chicken was seen in the video prostrating and almost kissing Zlatan’s sneakers as he begged for forgiveness. Zlatan Ibile accepted his apology and allowed DJ Chicken to take pictures with him. Moments later, DJ Chicken was escorted out by Zlatan’s crew.
