Nigerian crypto billionaire Linus Williams, aka Blord, has launched a scathing attack on activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) over the alleged missing N180 million from his NGO’s funds. Blord accused VDM of being a thief, claiming he learned the behavior from his mother.
VDM had earlier revealed that hackers compromised his NGO’s website, leading to unauthorized fund withdrawals. However, Blord’s accusations suggest that VDM might be involved in the missing funds.
Blord took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his sentiments, stating, “For a thief will always remain a thief, @Coolverydarkman na better thief, he learnt from his mother.”
Furthermore, Blord threatened to sue VDM for diverting public funds and collecting money under false pretenses if he fails to provide the missing funds within 30 days.
The accusations have sparked mixed reactions online, with some supporting Blord’s claims and others defending VDM’s integrity.

iamprobill: I’ve always supported young achievers, and I’ve known Blord for years from a distance. If this was altered by Blord, I suggest rephrasing his statement. VDM’s transparency is something many of us struggle to achieve. He may not be perfect, none of us are but his drive to make a difference is commendable. Regarding the hack, as a cybersecurity professional in training , I believe he could’ve benefited from advice and penetration testing. But let’s not forget, banks, the EFCC, and INEC have all faced similar breaches.
