Mavin Records boss, Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, recently took to social media to playfully tease his signee, Ayra Starr, over her decision to start wearing long skirts.
On February 7, 2024, Ayra Starr, known for her hit song “Rush” and her penchant for wearing revealing outfits, announced on social media that she would now be opting for longer skirts. The decision came after her mother advised her to do so. In a video shared by Ayra Starr, she is seen dancing to her newly released song “Commas” while wearing a long skirt, in adherence to her mother’s suggestion.
Don Jazzy’s playful mocking suggests that he’s having some light-hearted banter with Ayra Starr regarding her change in wardrobe style.
She wrote; “My mom said I should start wearing longer skirts 🤭 #ayerastarr.”
However, the new video of Ayra Starr in the long skirt got many people talking as many said that the skirt was too long for her.
Also, music mogul, Don Jazzy joined the league of Nigerians mocking Ayra Starr for wearing the long skirt.
Don Jazzy wrote; “Who this? 🤷🏾♂️.”
