In a video, Bethel Okechukwu confirmed his identity as the phone repairer in Alaba Market whom Burna Boy had promised to help. He stated, “My name is Bethel Okechukwu, Cubana Chief Priest’s brother, a phone repairer whom Burna Boy is looking for and promised N45 million ($30k).”
Bethel Okechukwu humbly requested that Burna Boy be informed that he is still at the market, hustling and awaiting the promised financial assistance. The video has sparked mixed reactions online, with some praising Burna Boy’s generosity and others criticizing the singer’s motives.
