Afrobeat sensation David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido, has taken to social media following an incident where his protege, Peruzzi, exposed a troll who fabricated a tweet accusing him of having an affair with Davido’s wife.
In a recent development, a user identified as Baddy of Lasu created a fake tweet in Peruzzi’s name, falsely implicating him in an inappropriate relationship with Davido’s wife. The fabricated tweet claimed a strained relationship between them, alleging mistreatment from Davido due to the false accusations.
Peruzzi, not taking the matter lightly, expressed his determination to identify and confront the individual responsible for the fake tweet. He pledged to teach the person, Baddy of Lasu, a lesson for their actions. The incident prompted a response from Davido, who addressed the situation on social media.
He wrote; “The Only Way You Go Graduate Na If Na “Editing & Tweaking” You Study For That School Wey You Dey Go. Better Tell Your Family Say You Don Stain Father White. Cos, YOU NO GO ESCAPE THIS ONE !!!”

A video making the round online shows that Baddy of Lasu has been found and apologized for what he did. He wrote;
“I apologize for posting an edited tweet which involves Peruzzi and Davido. I take full responsibility for all my actions and I promise it will never happen again. My apologies to DMW management.”

Reacting to this, Davido said “Throw away the keys” meaning, Peruzzi should not allow the police to release the troll – Baddy of Lasu from their custody.
