Canadian rapper Drake surprised fans at the 2025 Wireless Festival in London by bringing out Nigerian Afrobeats star Rema during his final performance on Sunday night.
The crowd erupted with excitement as the “Calm Down” hitmaker joined Drake on stage for a high-energy set.
Drake headlined all three nights of the festival, with each day carrying a different theme. While Friday was dedicated to R&B and classics, and Saturday leaned into heavy rap with guests like Skepta and 21 Savage, Sunday saw Afro-Caribbean vibes take center stage with appearances from Rema and a performance tribute to Vybz Kartel.
The moment has since gone viral online, with fans praising Drake for spotlighting African talent on a global stage and celebrating Rema’s growing international recognition.
