A new viral clip has sparked massive reactions online as it shows the moment real estate mogul Abu Abel was seen calming down controversial singer Portable at Seyi Vodi’s 50th birthday celebration in Abuja.
In the video, Abu Abel was spotted speaking firmly to Portable, who appeared agitated and close to stirring up drama with an unidentified guest. The incident, which could have escalated, was quickly diffused as Abu Abel’s intervention helped Portable regain his composure.
The lavish celebration, held on July 19th, 2025, was attended by top dignitaries and celebrities including the Ooni of Ife, Seyi Tinubu, Governor Ademola Adeleke, Funke Akindele, Obi Cubana, Peller, IBD Dende, 2Baba, K1 De Ultimate, Dino Melaye, Nkechi Blessing, Isreal DMW, and others.
