Nigerian music producer Samuel Oguachuba, also known as Samklef, has caused a stir on the internet by claiming that Afrobeat singer Davido is not the true owner of his newly acquired private jet worth $80 million.
On Thursday, April 4, Davido hinted at the acquisition of his new private jet, Bombardier’s Global 7500, on his microblogging platform X.
This announcement sparked discussions on social media, with fans and followers hailing Davido as the wealthiest Nigerian singer.
However, amidst the celebrations, Samklef stated that Davido did not purchase the airplane and revealed that the private jet actually belongs to his billionaire father, Mr. Adeleke.
Via his Instagram page, he wrote, “Congratulations to davido as his dad don buy another private jet! Where una papa Dey when davido papa Dey make money ? 💰 My own papa don die since 1996 I was 11 just incase una wan ask me back the question. 😂”.
