A renewed social media feud has erupted between Nollywood stars Regina Daniels and Angela Okorie, with Daniels alleging that Okorie once attempted to pursue her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko.
The controversy was reignited after Angela Okorie went live on Instagram, claiming she had forgiven actress Mercy Johnson—whom she alleged is battling a serious illness—and advised her to apologize to people she had wronged in the past. These remarks drew the ire of Regina Daniels, a close associate of Mercy Johnson, who fired back defensively and stood firmly by her senior colleague.
The clash escalated when Angela Okorie criticized Regina’s marriage to Ned Nwoko, calling attention to their wide age difference. In response, Regina Daniels accused Angela of once chasing the same man she now mocks, claiming that Ned Nwoko is “everything your kind prays for but can’t attract.”
In her words, Daniels asserted:
“He is certainly not your regular old man. He is everything your kind prays for but can’t attract. Don’t get me started to tell the world how you were chasing this same old man.”
She further warned Angela Okorie against making comparisons, labeling them disrespectful. Regina concluded by asserting her dominance in both acting and music, stating that she doesn’t thrive on scandals or attention-seeking behavior to stay relevant, indirectly accusing Angela of doing so.
The drama has continued to fuel heated discussions across social media platforms, as fans of both actresses weigh in on the public confrontation.
“Age?. It’s just a number. What really counts is how you’ve lived, what you have built and who you’ve become. The roads I’ve walked, the milestones I’ve hit with grace and not disgrace are places your bitterness will ever “,She added.

Speaking further, Regina Daniels said that Angela Okorie do not have the right to call her a child but a “sis” while she continued to tag her as Aunty Werey.
She wrote; “Now I will answer as the disrespectful child you branded me. But deep down, you know you do not have the privilege to call me a child but rather ‘sis’.”
