In the footage, the man alleges that the globally recognized artist, known for hits like “Essence,” has abandoned him and left him to suffer in Benin City.
Speaking with conviction, the man pleaded with the public to help him reach Wizkid, insisting that he is indeed the singer’s real father. He maintained his position without hesitation and was also seen on the streets openly sharing his claim with passersby.
The emotional appeal has sparked mixed reactions, with many questioning the authenticity of his statement while others express sympathy for his situation. So far, Wizkid has not publicly responded to the claim.
In his words; “Nigerians please come to my aide, my son Wizkid Ayodeji Balogun is a music superstar and a billionaire but he has abandoned me in Benin city to suffer.”
