In a video shared on his verified Instagram page, prominent Nigerian activist VeryDarkMan expressed his strong reluctance to stay in the UK and eagerly anticipated returning to Nigeria.
VeryDarkMan stated that, in his observation, many people in the UK experience depression due to a lack of social life. He described a robotic lifestyle prevalent in the UK, where individuals follow a monotonous routine of going to work and returning home.
The activist further explained that life in the United Kingdom seems controlled, with people having minimal time to enjoy their lives. According to VeryDarkMan, Nigeria offers a better environment, allowing more time for relaxation and enjoyment.
He emphasized that in the UK, people struggle to find companionship due to their demanding work schedules, resulting in a solitary existence. To illustrate, he shared an anecdote about a lady he had been interested in since 2020, who relocated to the UK in early 2022. Upon meeting her, they quickly developed a connection, engaging in intimate activities multiple times.
VeryDarkMan painted a picture of a lonely world in the UK, asserting that life doesn’t unfold there, and individuals are dissatisfied with their lifestyles. He also highlighted the difficulty of meeting friends who are busy with shift work.
In conclusion, VeryDarkMan contended that, despite challenges in the Nigerian economy, security, and infrastructure, Nigeria is preferable to the United Kingdom.
In his words; “I can never stay In The UK, they don’t have any social life here, i am coming back to Nigeria, Most of the People living in the UK are so Unhappy it’s a lonely world out here, they are all living a Robotic Life, it’s like everyone in UK is been controlled by a remote somewhere.
The only thing they do daily is go to work and come home, it all feels like a maze, The only thing good about UK is the economy, security, good road and Economy, Nigeria is better than UK there is no life and Jaiye like we have in Nigeria.”
