In a recent statement, popular Nigerian singer Adedamola Oyinlola Adefolahan, professionally known as Fireboy DML, revealed that he cannot replicate an album like his debut, “Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps” (LGT).
During an interview with Beat 99.9 FM, Fireboy DML discussed the impact of money on his life since he gained prominence and how it has led to personal changes that he considers growth. The singer, who is signed under Olamide’s YBNL records, emphasized that artists are human beings who undergo transformation when significant amounts of money enter their accounts.
Reflecting on his journey since the release of his first album, Fireboy DML expressed that his newfound wealth has led him to do things he initially said he would never do. He acknowledged that becoming a millionaire has changed him in various aspects.
Apart from the influence of money, Fireboy DML noted the positive changes in his life, citing growth, fame, and new experiences. He mentioned meeting different people and gaining a broader perspective on life.
Despite stating that he cannot create an album like LTG again, Fireboy DML assured his fans that he can still produce quality music, emphasizing his growth as a 27-year-old millionaire. The “Scatter” crooner’s remarks provide insights into the evolving nature of his career and personal development in the music industry.
Fireboy said; “How do you expect a 27-year-old millionaire who has seen life, experienced life to make another album like LTG, think about it, how?”

He concluded that the album, LTG will always be there and that is why the song in it are timeless.
