Veteran music producer and Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy, has shared his perspective on relationships, revealing that he does not believe he is wired for monogamy.
In a candid interview with media personality Nancy Isime, Don Jazzy explained that he struggles to understand how people commit to only one woman. According to him, the idea of devoting romantic attention to a single partner feels unnatural for him.
He admitted that while he respects those who can focus their love and admiration solely on one woman, he has never seen himself in that frame. His comments offered a rare glimpse into his private outlook on love, relationships, and commitment — topics he rarely addresses in public.
Known for shaping the careers of some of Nigeria’s biggest music stars, Don Jazzy has managed to keep much of his personal life out of the spotlight. His latest remarks, however, reveal a transparent and self-aware side of the music executive that resonates with a growing number of people who question traditional relationship expectations.
The revelation has sparked online conversations around modern views on relationships, especially among public figures who are increasingly open about redefining what love and commitment mean for them.
The Mavin Records boss said;
“I don’t believe I am strong enough to be with one person. I think people will run away from me being truthful. I will not be dating you and tell you you are the only person. Some people have this thing when they are dating a person the thing they makes you get attracted to others gets turned off. I hail you people. But me, you are a beautiful lady, it doesn’t stop me from admiring madam that is over there…”
