Actress Lizzy Anjorin has responded to accusations of allegedly stealing gold jewelry at Ikorodu market in a new video. She asserted that the allegations were false and that she was set up.
In a video posted on her verified Instagram page on February 6th, 2024, Lizzy Anjorin explained that on November 17th, 2023, she purchased clothing accessories, not gold, from a vendor. She confirmed making a payment of 91K through her husband’s assistance.
Lizzy Anjorin stated that she returned to Idumota market on February 5th, 2024, only for the vendor to accuse her of not paying. Despite offering to send an additional N100K through her husband, the vendor refused, treating her as if she were an armed robber and claiming affiliation with “Shepeteri (Iyabo Ojo)” who is currently celebrating
Captioning the video, Lizzy Anjorin wrote; “EGBEGBE TACTICS HAS REACH MY SIDE BUT THEY FAILED.”
