Popular Nigerian singer, Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, professionally known as Spyro, has made a special promise to the Super Eagles players ahead of the AFCON final match against Ivory Coast on Sunday, February 11.

Taking to Instagram, Spyro, famous for his hit song ‘No Gree for Anybody,’ pledged his support to the national team. He promised to give them free performances for any occasion they choose if they emerge victorious in the AFCON final.

As Nigeria’s Super Eagles gear up for the final match against Ivory Coast’s Elephant team, which is hosted by Ivory Coast, Spyro expressed his commitment to stand by the team. He humorously mentioned that he would perform for free at their events, including weddings, birthdays, naming ceremonies, funerals of elders, and even joked about performing at their honeymoon if they wished.

He wrote, “If the Super Eagles wins this Sunday ehn…I declare myself free for any player’s occasion, be it marriage, birthday party, naming ceremony, even burial of their old folks, anything abeg even if na honeymoon performance make dem call me.”

He captioned his post, “And I know we will WIN 😎PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT – This sunday ehn @ng_supereagles NO GREE FOR ANYBODY O 😁 let’s go 😎 #NGFA”.
