Singer Asake reacts to those criticizing him for always singing in Yoruba

For the very first time, popular Nigerian singer Ahmed Ololade popularly known as Asake has finally addressed those who always criticize him for always singing in Yoruba in his songs.

Following the release of his 3rs studio album named “Lungu Boy”, Asake whose songs in the album are current topping charts has been seriously tackled for using too much Yoruba than English in his songs.

Replying to those critics of his style of using more Yoruba than English in his song, Asake makes it known to them during an Instagram live session that he is more comfortable singing in Yoruba than in English.

Backing up his point, Asake the “Only Me” hitmaker said that he can not change from who he is to another person stressing that those who are interested in him using Yoruba should continue vibing to him, while others can do the otherwise.

He also expressed how proud he is to be a Yoruba man in nature.
