Nigerian singer and songwriter Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko, popularly known as Adekunle Gold, has shared a video in which he playfully requests his fans to send him some money to bring him joy.
In the video, Adekunle Gold acknowledges that he had previously stated in one of his songs that money doesn’t bring happiness. However, in a humorous twist, he admits to backtracking on that sentiment. AG Baby playfully expresses his current state of unhappiness and sadness, suggesting that the only remedy to lift his spirits is receiving money or dollars from his fans.
In his words; “The way I am tired and sad today, as I dey like this, na only money fit make me smile.”
“And yes, I know I said money no dey bring happiness, but today, I changed my mind. So if you like me and you want me to smile, send dollars.”
