A devastating incident has shaken the community in Asaba, Delta State, as a lady, Chingarum Lucy Eze, a graduate of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, was allegedly raped and murdered in her apartment.
The perpetrators reportedly gained access to Lucy’s apartment through the ceiling and stole her properties after the heinous crime. the lady was discovered by concerned colleagues who had been unable to reach her by phone.
