Amidst the ongoing custody battle for Imade Adeleke, notable businesswoman Sophia Momodu has highlighted reasons why their daughter is not safe with her father, Davido.
Sophia’s legal team, comprising Dr. Anthony Idigbe SAN of Punuka Attorneys and Dr. Bimpe Ajegbomogun, filed a 102-paragraph counter-affidavit opposing Davido’s request for joint custody.
In the affidavit, Sophia recounted the tragic loss of Davido’s son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, to a domestic accident about two years ago, using this incident as a primary example of why she believes Imade is safer with her. Sophia’s affidavit detailed other concerns as well, aimed at supporting her stance that Davido should not have joint custody of their daughter.
