Radio host Oriyomi Hamzat has issued a public apology to singer Naira Marley and confirmed that Agidigbo FM has lifted its two-year ban on all Marlian Records music.
The ban, introduced in September 2024, followed allegations linking Naira Marley to the death of his former signee, Mohbad. After the artist was cleared of wrongdoing, Hamzat admitted that the station’s decision was based on a misjudgment.
He announced that songs from Marlian Records will now return to regular airplay on Agidigbo FM.
