An adorable video captured a heartfelt moment between Nigerian Super Eagles winger Ademola Lookman and his mother following his extraordinary performance at the Europa League final on Wednesday, May 23rd.
Lookman, a 26-year-old player, scored a historic hat-trick, leading his Italian team Atalanta to their first European title victory in Dublin, Ireland.
Nigerian Lookman netted three goals, securing a 3-0 victory for Atalanta against his fellow colleague Victor Boniface’s Bayer Leverkusen. This victory marked a significant milestone as Lookman broke the German team’s 51-game unbeaten run and recorded the first hat-trick in a Europa League final.
