Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has released a fiery diss track aimed at Nollywood actresses Iyabo Ojo and Tonto Dikeh, as well as other public figures, following the exposure of a WhatsApp group linked to the ongoing pursuit of justice for late singer Mohbad.
The development follows the leak of a series of messages from the WhatsApp group by activist VeryDarkMan.
The chats revealed that Iyabo Ojo and Tonto Dikeh were actively involved in efforts surrounding the case, including concerns raised by Tonto about Naira Marley and Sammy Larry allegedly attempting to secure bail and their reported connections within the DSS.
In his new track, Portable questions the identity of the group’s administrator and clarifies that he has no ties to the WhatsApp group or those involved.
He went on to mock both Iyabo and Tonto, while also extending the jab to VeryDarkMan’s fanbase, known as the “Ratel,” escalating their already heated feud.
This diss track is the latest in a string of public spats between Portable and VeryDarkMan. Their rivalry previously saw VeryDarkMan release a diss track accusing Portable of stealing a tricycle, mocking Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State over his WAEC result, and ridiculing Pastor Jeremiah Fufeyin’s popular “miracle water” campaign.
The drama continues to stir intense reactions across social media, with fans and critics weighing in on the escalating war of words.
