Popular Nigerian singer Wizkid has started receiving backlash from netizens following the way he kept mute on the death of former Marlian signee, Mohbad.
While the likes of Davido, Burnaboy, Olamide, Don Jazzy, Funke Akindele, Ini Edo, Paul Okoye, and Kiekie, among others have paid tribute to the late singer, Wizkid, a much loved Nigerian artistes is yet to break silence.
Recall that Wizkid, whose real name is Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun few weeks ago lost his biological mother to the cold hands of death, however, he has been spotted at two different fashion shows in London, UK.
While many keep on wondering the reason behind Wizkid’s speechless state about the death of his younger colleague, cybernauts have dug out the Grammy Award winner’s old tweet saying he is Marlian forever.
In the 2019 throwback post, Wizkid affirmed his deep interest in Naira Marley as he wrote; “Thank you my fav fav guy!! @officialnairam1 Marlians forever till after life!100.
