Mercy Eke, known from Big Brother Naija, recently ended up in the hospital after enjoying a lavish yacht trip with her friends.
Despite her recent lively outing, she surprised her followers by sharing a video from her hospital bed on Snapchat.
Expressing surprise at her sudden hospital stay, she thanked God for His kindness and reminded everyone about the unpredictability of life.
Mercy stressed the importance of good health, advising her followers not to take it for granted.
She also encouraged her fans to focus on positivity and let go of negative emotions like anger, regret, worry, and grudges, which can steal happiness from our lives.
Posting a clip from hospital bed, Mercy Eke wrote;
‘’Don’t waste your time in anger, regrets, worries and grudges..LIFE IS TOO SHORT to be unhappy. Who would have thought that I will end up in a hospital barely 24hours I was seen outside?
