“To shit sometimes na War ” – Comedian Warri Pikin says as she shares experience after weight loss surgery using “Of Course” challenge (Video)

Renowned Nigerian comedian, Anita Asuoha, professionally known as Warri Pikin, has embraced the trending “Of Course” challenge while also sharing insights into her post-weight loss surgery experience.

Warri Pikin underwent gastric sleeve surgery to achieve her transformed physique, a decision she attributed to deteriorating health conditions. Despite her disclosure about health concerns, some have expressed a preference for her previous appearance.

In a recent video participating in the “Of Course” challenge, Warri Pikin candidly discussed the pros and cons of her weight loss journey. She revealed that after the gastric sleeve surgery, she developed excess skin in various parts of her body, including her face, stomach, and arms.

Addressing the impact on her appearance, Warri Pikin mentioned losing frontal hair and changing her wardrobe three times. She clarified that the surgery was undertaken for health reasons rather than purely for aesthetics.

Responding to criticisms, Warri Pikin highlighted the challenge of invalidation, emphasizing that she underwent weight loss surgery to initiate her wellness journey. She disclosed limitations post-surgery, such as the inability to eat and drink simultaneously to avoid heartburn.

The comedian mentioned difficulties in rushing her food, leading to a risk of vomiting. Contrary to assumptions, she emphasized the importance of exercise in maintaining the achieved weight loss, defending her commitment to gym visits.

Discussing excretion challenges, Warri Pikin shared her struggle with difficulty during bowel movements. On the positive side, she noted improvements, such as the absence of knee pain and reduced frequency of illnesses compared to her pre-surgery condition.

Warri Pikin expressed joy in being able to wear her husband’s clothes due to her new trim figure resulting from the gastric sleeve surgery. However, she highlighted the need for careful handling during intimate moments, as she could easily bruise during coitus exercises.
