Fuji music legend, Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, has announced the passing of his mother, Alhaja Halima Shadiya Anifowoshe. She died at the remarkable age of 105.
This loss comes just days after K1 De Ultimate lost his ex-wife, Alhaja Hafsat Anifowoshe, who passed away on January 15 at the age of 65.
The news of Alhaja Halima’s passing was shared by Goldmyne on Instagram, with a post that read: “K1 De Ultimate Loses Mum. Music Maestro, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal has lost his adorable mother, Alhaja Halima Shadiya Anifowoshe. She was aged 105. May her soul rest in peace.”
Nigerians have taken to social media to offer condolences to K1 De Ultimate, praising his mother’s remarkable life and legacy. One user wrote: “She saw war, world war 2, Nigerian independence, and so much more. RIP ma.”
K1 De Ultimate is now left without both parents, and fans are rallying around him during this difficult time.
