Afrobeats sensation David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, expressed his dismay in his recent social media posts as residents of Abuja failed to turn up for his Timeless tour.
The “Unavailable” hitmaker shared his disappointment with the public through his X (formerly Twitter) account. After a successful performance in Asaba, Delta State on December 13th, 2023, Davido was scheduled to perform at Eagles Square in Abuja on December 14th, 2023.
Despite being present in Abuja for his Timeless concert, Davido faced a turnout that did not meet expectations. In a video circulating online, Eagles Square appeared sparsely populated, with only a minimal number of attendees.
Surprised by the turn of events, Davido took to his X page to inquire about the situation, questioning Abuja residents if it was a prank or an unexpected turn of events.
Davido wrote; “Abuja be like ur pple no wan do show ….”
He added; “Is this a prank ???”
