The Synagogue Church of all Nations (SCOAN) has refuted allegations involving a woman named Ajoke who claimed to be the biological daughter of the late Prophet T.B. Joshua.
Ajoke made these claims in a documentary released by the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), where she accused T.B. Joshua of sexual abuse.
In a recent response from SCOAN, Wiseman Harry, a prominent figure in the church, stated that Ajoke was actually an abandoned baby adopted by the church. He asserted that Ajoke, who shares the same age as one of Joshua’s children, was treated like family but became rebellious in her teenage years.
Harry refuted claims of Ajoke being imprisoned within the church, stating that she willingly asked to leave. He also mentioned that before her departure, Pastor T.B. Joshua removed his name from her passport and reinstated her birth name, Ajoke Godswill. The church maintains that the allegations made by Ajoke are false.
“Ajoke lied; she is not TB Joshua’s biological daughter. She was an abandoned baby under a truck outside the church. TB Joshua only adopted her, and took her in as a Daughter,” he said in part.
