Wizkid, whose real name is Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter widely regarded as one of the most successful and influential artists in African music. Born on July 16, 1990, in Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria, Wizkid first gained attention with his debut single “Holla at Your Boy” in 2010.
