Award-winning Nigerian singer Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has become a trending topic online due to his recent confrontation with a fan on the popular microblogging platform X (formerly called Twitter).
Following a period of absence from X, Wizkid returned to the platform and engaged with a fan who disagreed with one of his statements. Speaking from his own experience, Wizkid emphasized that money cannot buy genuine love, expressing a deep sentiment on the platform.
Wizkid wrote; “Money don’t buy love.”
Responding, a fan identified as Beela1 refused to agree with Wizkid disclosing that mone is enough to buy love.
Beela1 wrote; “Boss I disagree.”
This response did not sitdown well with the Grammy Award Winner as he responded by attacking the fan’s paternal figure.
Wizkid wrote; “That one ur papa business.”
