Brilliant Nigerian man graduates as a Medical Doctor with distinctions, wins best student award

A bright Nigerian individual named Akinduro Praise has achieved a Medicine degree with six distinctions and earned the title of the best-graduating student at the University of Medical Sciences in Nigeria.

Praise successfully obtained his bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Medical Sciences, Nigeria. His outstanding academic performance was evident in the remarkable distinctions he achieved in six of his core subjects.

He took to Twitter to share his achievement of earning the degree, mentioning that the academic journey spanned seven years and eight months, expressing his joy that it has finally come to an end.

Praise emerged as the top-performing student, securing the title of the overall best-graduating student in the Medicine & Surgery Class of 2023 at the university. He officially announced his achievement on Twitter, stating, “It’s official; DR. AKINDURO P.N. (MB;BS, UNIMED). The journey of 7 years & 8 months finally comes to an end, and it feels surreal.”

Praise demonstrated exceptional academic prowess by earning distinctions in various subjects, including Physiology, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Community Medicine, Surgery, and Internal Medicine. Notably, he was recognized as the best-graduating student in both Internal Medicine and Biochemistry.

Expressing gratitude, Praise acknowledged his reliance on God for navigating through his academic journey seamlessly. He eagerly looks forward to the future achievements that await him, emphasizing his readiness to dedicate his skills as a Medical Doctor to serve humanity.
